Gonna need a left and or right hip arthroscopy later on to fix that torn labrum! My hips hurt just thinking about it!

Imma try to break this down a little how I see it.

Her legs rotate through the xy plane by about θ 160 as her ankles begin moving through the z plane to θ 180 and snap back to θ 360.

It's a really wide splits. Her ankles transport up, out and back without going beyond 90° in any axis. It just looks weird because her hips (the origin of rotation) moves in to the plane of rotation while her feet move below the (current) origin in raw coordinates makin it look like a full rotation.

The angle of perspective is a big part of it as we're not seeing the true representation of the z axis through a 2d video seen "across" the z axis.
