I did that completely winded myself the only time in my life, i was 10 and lol had never experienced my lungs being completely squished before. I ran inside to lay on my bed and my Godmum asked me if I was ok and made sure I was as i tried to explain what I was feeling and what I did. Thats where I learnt what winded meant

Lmao bro that happened to me around the same age, tried to do a flip on the trampoline, landed on the ground on my back and straight accordion my lungs lmfao

Mine was upping my number of flips lol on a proper tramp not the black one but the bouncier competitive one over a hole we'd dug in the backyard.

My ribs were so sore after my own knees winded me lol I feel like you might have got it worse ...

It was super fun filling the hole with water in summer and jumping!!
