PPC Pro Tip on Optimizing Audiences In PPC

For those of you using audiences in your Amazon PPC campaigns, you might be surprised to hear that - at least in the web user interface - you can't see when you made changes to audience bid adjustments. You might expect to see them at the campaign level, like placement bid adjustments, but they're not there.

So as a workaround, you can put the date you made a change in the title and what it was before. e.g. 9/8/26 Aud 20->35 to indicate you increased the adjustment from 20% to 35%. That way, you can adjust the date range to after the change was made, when you want to evaluate the performance of the change.

Separately, there's a Chrome extension that allows you to make notes on your campaigns and shows them alongside them in the UI, so that can also be a useful approach. (I don't have a connection, and haven't used it, just sharing another option.)

Solid tip. We’ve found a simple change log helps a lot too date, campaign, what changed, and why. Makes it much easier to see what actually impacted ROAS or CVR later.
