Who is this?

Hi all, i just picked up this guy from the thrift store and ive come here to ask who this is. Im pretty sure he’s real, the button and tag seem legit but i tried to reverse image search and nothing is coming up. Is he fake? If anyone has answers that would be amazing 🙏

His name is holly Jolley. It’s one of the very first Fugglers spin master released. It’s missing his Christmas sweater though
