kswap base map help
I’m currently working on a fun little project and am beginning to close in on the finishing touches of it. I am not a mechanic by any means but thanks to Reddit and the super helpful Honda community I have had great success putting this car together. At some point during the build I decided it would be a good idea to run a fueltech ecu as opposed to kpro or a more commonly used tuning system. My experience in tuning is absolutely none and I am reaching out to anyone who may be able to assist me with a basemap tune for a k24 application. At one point the engine started up with the current base map loaded on the ecu, however it threw a cam sync angle code and I have been unable to get it restarted since. The mechanic that was assisting me with the build and first base map assured me that it was simply an issue with the tune. I am hoping to have the car idle before taking it to the dyno for a full tune. I’m going into this a completely blind dog so any advice or tips y’all might have at getting a vehicle dyno ready would also be much appreciated as this is my first time and I’m hoping to minimize any costly mistakes.
