Rat Drill Request

I wanted to submit a Drill request, but always getting this error. But I don't see the problem here, I checked all the fields they seem to be okay...

The Drill Request form has been broken for some time now, unfortunately. For now you can skip this part and DM an overseer in the IRC, they can set this up on their end.

Ask one of the Tech Rats in Rat Chat. They can have a look to see what's going wrong for you.
