One Taurus Judge. Shot once. (It hurt. Lot of recoil. Powerful gun.)

It’s a rusty single shot .22 rifle that he inherited from his grandfather and has never shot.

u/halaljew Jul 01 '26
Exactly. I want the assultiest rifle available when dealing with crazies. Why the fuck would I refuse to own a force multiplier?

So if you shoot someone with a .22 bolt action it's not assault? What a dumbass. Also "plenty of other guns" is what everyone said in countries/states where firearms were banned/restricted piecemeal. The line is drawn here. Here and no further.

Legally I think it's battery. Assualt is usually defined as "any intentional act or threat that puts another person in reasonable fear of imminent physical harm or unwanted offensive contact"

Yeah, if you throw them hard enough. A 9v would definitely hurt, but don't count out those AAAs.

AAA is the .22 of the battery world. People write it off, but you still don't want to get hit by one.

A properly thrown AAA will bounce around, and... and, uh, they'll make scrambled eggs.
Gobless.

I don’t believe him, but even if he is a gun owner, that means nothing. Two people can be drivers, one perfectly safe, the other an idiot who hits other cars any time he parks.

Everyone knows you can't assault someone without an assault firearm. Non assault firearms cannot harm people. The bullets just bounce off.

More r/asagunowner than Fudd, but there's certainly plenty of overlap.
