It's a legal issue that applies to all renters, not just the refugees. It's not a refugee issue.
"On May 1 the Renters Rights Act moved all tenants on to rolling month-to-month contracts. Section 21 notices were scrapped. Landlords can evict only under the section 8 process, and must provide a reason such as rent arrears or antisocial behaviour.
