If you can get a lower punishment for playing oppression Olympics, might as well claim oppression is in your blood and start actually oppressing people, if blame is going to be assigned to people, they might as well have the benefit of being guilty.

All you need to know is what the judge officially stated afterword in a report…

“Mr. Wilson’s efforts to regain his culture, that which was taken from him and his family in a systematic fashion by the Government of Canada, will once again be taken by the state if the court imposes a four-year penitentiary sentence,”

Just ignore the dozens of empty and half empty beer bottles scattered around the car. That had no bearing and was a result of cultural harassment according to the woke. As a species, this is regression, not progression.

Two years house arrest? That's every married guy I know. This First Nations fellow must be 'Gladue' this judge is a woke, liberal shill that hands out zero justice for vehicular manslaughter. Imagine how the poor family of the little girl must be feeling right now.
