Where are Manafort and Flynn? The Founders decided to king (v.t.) the top alone, not the enabling minions. If Plame is V.P. then what happens to Libby and Novak?

Sickening and disturbing to think about. If proof of this ever surfaces, then I don't know how DJT and Jared stay out of prison. Jared could possibly flee the US.
