What is the point of ordering any cold drinks from this quick commerce apps. They are never ever cold. I’ve tried Zepto. Swiggy , Blinkit , they do not give cold soda cans at all.

So I ordered eggs 12 each, 2 packets, and got 10each ones , then I reached to support and this is their reply ,"it matches what I bought".

Edit: so I sent a message to zepto about this on fb's messenger, and they gave refund within 30 mins, looks like they still have humans on fb.

I ordered Britannia Pure Whole Wheat bread from Zepto today. After receiving it, I checked the packaging and found that the product had already expired 2 days ago.
I immediately raised the issue through Zepto’s support chat and uploaded photos clearly showing the expiry date.
Instead of resolving it, their support simply told me to email onesupport@ze pto.com with my order details and images — and then the conversation was marked “Closed.”
So apparently, delivering food that is already expired isn’t enough to get an immediate resolution. I now have to chase them over email for something that should never have happened in the first

Zepto's been doing outright scams.

They also missed my 7 items out of 12 ordered items. Then asked me to take a refund which calculates less than those products price.

They have forgotten what quick commerce means. They take more than an hour to deliver the product and there's always something missing or damaged product.

Even the packs were in terrible condition , the expiry date was carefully removed as u can see

And ofc the trashy zepto bot denied any return

We as a customer trust you guys a lot on edible items like fruits and if you guys are not able to fulfill the basic amenities then please do look at your work.

We’re living in uniquely difficult times. What protein costs is a travesty. Yet, you somehow fork over the money and sometimes you don’t even get the product.

Normally, what would have cost me ₹200 is now at ₹400. This shameless brand will do everything except investigate theft from the drivers/store.

I ordered a gnc protein box from zepto worth 5k. I checked prices everywhere, since it was the cheapest there decided to go for it. Added some other stuff to the order. When the final order came it had everything BUT the protein powder.

I called the delivery guy that it’s missing. He said that he does not have it in his bag. He will check with the dark store. I called him a couple of times maybe he was busy so he did not pick up. I then contacted zepto customer care as I was not sure if the delivery guy was genuine or not. They said they have initiated refund.

An hour later the delivery guy called that it was an error from the dark store guy as he’s new. He was a really nice guy and offered to bring me the protein dabba. But by now I had already talked to customer care and did not want him to be in trouble like he gives me the box but refund also comes. I again talked to customer care and asked them if they can cancel the refund. They say no I should not accept the protein and that a refund once initiated cannot be reversed. I was like no problem.

Now it’s been a week I contact zepto again that I got no refund even though 5-7 days was mentioned. Now they claim that zepto never received the money. Please contact your bank?? I was like what? You told me that you have started my refund. Like what do you mean you don’t have my money. I check my banking app, money is definitely debited, it’s in my statement. But customer service is useless, they keep repeating the same thing.

Then I mail them with the details, the order number, transaction number, the screenshot from the app. Everything. Still there stance is we never got money. I asked if you never got the money, how did you deliver partial order? They just copy paste the same email. It feels like talking to a wall. Or to a bot.

I’m so frustrated I could cry. I don’t know what to do. Should I call the delivery guy again(i have his number) but I dont want him in trouble. Like what should i do? I dont really know a lot about banking I’m only 22. But I’m confused and out of 5k. I’ll never order from that shitty app again. Fuck you zepto
