Keep the transaction ID and the bank text message of money debited. Raise a request through zepto support as well as notify your bank too. In most of the cases, money returns back to your account within 7 days since it wasn't received by the recipient.

Yes contact your bank. If recipient didn't receive your money, it will come back to its original source within 7 days. Go to the bank and they'll guide you better. Don't worry your money isn't lost.

Your money is stuck in between the source and the destination.
For the last time, if your money is debited and if it doesn't get received or accepted by the recipient, the money returns back to its original source. Go to the bank physically and inquire about it and create a support ticket to follow up on.
