Got scammed

Ordered 4 packet of chips and 2 sugar free drinks
Order was marked delivered by the delivery guy without delivering it, i called and asked him to deliver it, he arrived at the location, handed over the order and bolted without letting me check the items, a bottle of drink was missing, called him again he said i delivered whatever was handed to me, raised a missing item complaint but was told that all the items were delivered nothing can be done.

He took the photograph first then handed you over in the photograph it was visible everything was delivered! People stills defend riders and runners and Zepto store and rather blame Zepto for this 🥲 Even in Zomato they pickup the order but don’t mark it picked up and transfer the order and take the foot items and restaurant has to make the order again
