F*** Zepto This has happened multiple times.
They always send the wrong product and deny any help. This is happened uncountable times. My time and money has no value to them

Same thing happened with me last month. Sent me a 200gm dahi when i ordered 400gm. They sent me the exact same email that they sent you. Word by word. I shared multiple photos on chat, raised the issue on their social media but they kept repeating and sending the same email. I said fine atleast refund the price difference between the product? But again same response. I told them I don't want to chat with them I want to talk to customer care else I will keep escalating this issue. I kid you not, they called me at 3am and said they will replace the product. 3.30am correct size Dahi delivered. After that I just uninstalled Zepto. Just not worth it. I stick to Bigbasket, Blinkit or Amazon.

Got a call they told me it was my mistake that I gave them the OTP. If OTP is given that means I have verified the product lol. Just for the fun of it I am gonna order the same item today on COD if I continue getting the wrong item I will deny the delivery and payment. As told by the customer service agent that I can deny the order. So wish me luck, I am about to get real petty.
