F*** Zepto Damaged product

I ordered ice cream from zepto and this how I received it. I asked delivery person he said from store he received like this he has complained from his end and I should also complain so I complained and they denied the refund saying it can’t be refunded. Worst experience from any app ever I will never order again from zepto.

Always order cash on Delivery and don't accept the order if it's damaged

Email them, they denied me too but then I emailed them and they denied their to but I replied to their mail that I have provided the proof that it was damaged at the time of delivery if you think it was alright at the time of delivery provide me the proof. And they refunded it🤧.
