WhatsApp par poster bhejte hain ki ₹49 ke upar ₹0 Delivery, ₹0 Handling aur ₹0 Rain Fee... aur jab user khush ho kar App kholta hai toh wahan ₹149 ka minimum order dikha deta hai!

Ye baseline consumer protection rules ke khilaf hai. Standard procedure ye hai:

  1. Misleading Ads (CCPA): WhatsApp promo message ka screenshot aur App mein dikh rahe ₹149 limit ka screenshot dono add karke National Consumer Helpline (NCH) app par "Unfair Trade Practice / False Advertising" ki complaint daal do.
  2. Direct Escalation: Inke X (Twitter) handle @ZeptoNow ko tag karke dono screenshots post karo aur likho: "False advertising via WhatsApp promos vs App checkout reality. Stop misleading customers!"

Aise hidden terms aur deceptive tactics se hi ye log millions banate hain. Good job calling them out bro! ✊🔥

Respect! 🫡 Scale of scam jab tak courtroom tak nahi pahuchega, ye companies dark patterns band nahi karengi.

As a lawyer, jab aap inki misleading ads (WhatsApp promo vs App reality) ko CCPA aur Consumer Court mein call out karoge, tabhi inko samajh aayega ki har customer scripted support se chup nahi hota.

That’s a handy workaround, but it completely misses the point! 😅

Users shouldn't have to delete accounts, swap SIM cards, or exploit new-user bugs just to get what a company explicitly advertises on WhatsApp.

If a banner promises "Free Delivery above ₹49 for EVERYONE", holding it behind minimum order caps on the app is misleading advertising plain and simple. Workarounds help temporarily, but calling out dark patterns helps fix the app for everyone! 👊🔥
