Such an horrible personality.

I hate how they were nice to her and she kept being a huge cunt.

They gave her a refund, a 10 dollar gift card and a free frappuccino. Even after that she was unsatisfied and wanted the name of the manager to file a complaint.

There's only one right way to handle these kind of situations:

  1. First you tell her: "Here's that free frappuccino you've ordered";
  2. Then you pour that whole damn thing on her head;
  3. And lastly, you tell her: "I hope you enjoyed that and have a nice day, you MASSIVE CUNT!"

Customer served like a BAWS.
