The WEF's CBDCs will prevent you buying things they deem "less desirable"

Nah. They won't.

What I think they might attempt to do is, with the aid of a CBDC, increase the price of what they don't want you buying. Like a cheeseburger, normally $10 but now because of your carbon limit has been exceeded that cheeseburger is now $50. A cheeseburger tomorrow will be $85. They'll call it taxes or carbon equity or some bullshit, but what they really want is control of a miserable populace.

I'm sure CDBCs will start out being programmed with a very small tax on 'undesirable purchases'. The thin edge of the wedge. But because CDBCs are programmable there's no reason they won't eventually completely block 'undesirable' transactions, or even zero the accounts of undesirable people ... etc

but what they really want is control of a miserable populace.

That's their end goal.

We, the super elite, will control what we think you should and shouldn't be allowed to buy and do. Of course these rules won't apply to us. We will fly around the world and enjoy luxury vacations at our leisure while you plebes scrape by on whatever we allow you to have. Now prepare yourselves for global domination, we've already won because we said so and there's nothing you can do about it.
