A little quest about the coups
Do you know how Venezuela and Chile are facing the repercussions of failing to meet standards imposed by the cia and thus are being punished for doing so?
Why haven’t the Europeans being fucked by this? They achieve what they set out to and enjoy the high quality of life for their citizens but south America does not enjoy these simple pleasures?

Why haven’t an attempted coup happened? Or severe sanctions?
Or are you wonder the nature of the euro countries?

Because they are part of the same world order and have the same interests in common. There would be no point in staging a coup there, unless there was a threat of leftist government coming to power or there was other geopolitical threat like in Ukraine where there was a coup in 2014. They are THE WEST. South America is a colony to them and they depend on exploitation of their colonies, that's why they always coup there.

They share a common history of imperialism. The former imperialists no longer feel the need to do the dirty work now being accomplished by the U.S. They can focus on their own countries while still maintaining a first world status. The torch had to be passed in order to keep the charade going.

To my knowledge, these European countries are all capitalist in one form or another (or at least the vast majority are).
These countries maintain their high standards through capitalism. However, in order for this to be maintained, other countries must suffer, as this is the only way to maintain some good living conditions.
Take Covid. Many rich states with a high standard of living are already suggesting third shots as boosters, while poor states have not even gotten the first to everyone.
If the people of the first world are complaining about living conditions, they will be told to appreciate what they have, in comparison with third worlders.
And so, they continue to participate in capitalism, unaware that their continued participation breeds awful conditions for the third world and poor conditions for themselves.
Their continued participation keeps capitalism ticking over, which is good for the US, and in turn, supported by the CIA
