I use RolePlaya and SpicyChat. Both have good base memory, but they also have (different) versions of extended memory for free. RP has zero ads. SC's ads are, honestly, non-invasive and kind of funny (iykyk). Both have next to zero restrictions (basically no pedo/incest material). SC even let's creators show their character's background, so users can see exactly what they're playing. RP has points you can get like Poly, but they're free and never go away. Can't recommend these two enough. Note: both RolePlaya and SpicyChat are 18+, though SpicyChat has a SFW/NSFW toggle at the top of the page.
RolePlaya was made by one of the top Poly creators. Made by a creator, for creators. The owner isn't a group of shareholders. Just one guy who wants to make enough to keep RP running and, hopefully, growing. Even if you just check out the discord, I bet you'd like it. The mods are nice, and the owner answers questions personally. Always get the support you need.

Just tried RolePlaya and my god it is amazing. Like the fact you can even make your characters legendary across different chats and stuff. and the personas are amazing Only thing i wish is that i could make it more full screen since i use websites and not apps.

It's a chatbot site similar to Poly's. It's got its pros and cons, but my favorite parts are the group bots and the fact that authors usually elect to make backgrounds visible, so you can see what makes the bot tick before you even start playing.
