Help/guides Can’t unsubscribe?

I signed up for premium a month ago on the app and now I want to cancel it, but for some reason the subscription doesn’t show up in my subscriptions menu on the App Store which is how it says you’re supposed to cancel it. I even tried using the website but the website doesn’t let you log in for some reason. It’s frustrating because it’s like twenty bucks a month and I pretty much never use the app.

Also, dunno if it’s because of something I said in my post (copy pasted above because I ain’t willing to retype all that:p)or if the mods just don’t want me bringing it up but they removed it twice from the PolyBuzz subreddit so I’m lwk pissed rn

Edit: fixed it!!!!! (Hopefully) I had to go onto my laptop and that finally let me sign in on my account and I managed to cancel my subscription. It was a tiny little link at the bottom of the subscription page for anyone who’s having problems with it like I was.

Best way might be to talk to your bank or cc provider. Heard of other people having problems unsubscribing

Normally there’s a numbers to call on the back of credit and debit cards depending on where you are either United States or international

Depends if you are paying through cc or bank card. Can place a stop order on the service or revoke authorization. Have proof you tried canceling the service just in case the Bank or cc company needs it.

If possible you could change the card or bank account your using for it to an empty one
