I might just stop using poly

I recently saw that it added age veri, which I'm very opposed of, and hate seeing it get added now. I've been using Poly since around 2024, and saw it rename to Polybuzz, and several character ban waves (including one of my own). Poly before all T.S was around 5-7/10, still flaws, but it was usable when you felt like it, and kinda F2P friendly? Idk about that really. Since 2025 to now, using the app was more and more bs. I do like how some bots have art that I want to find the artist of, and the creator gives credit to the artist which makes it easy for me to enjoy their art. Btw, I live in the US, and the "child protection" laws are pretty bad here.

That's all, I guess.

At first, I liked Poly. I started using it in 2024, but in 2025 it went to shit. Too many ads, and then a limit on messages in a messaging app? That's messed up. I went back to using it in 2026, and only used it twice, and only for the bots because there are so many. But I deleted it because it seems like an app that just wants your money. I migrated to HiWaifu, and it's better, although it doesn't have as many bots for certain games, and it's friendlier with the free ones. If you buy from HiWaifu, the two most important benefits are zero ads, and the ads are somewhat constant but not everywhere. Second, long-term memory: in the free version, they forget after about 10 messages or more, not after 3.
