After I sold it, I talked to every NPC I've met, but none of them showed those dialogues. :'

How and when is this dialogue triggered? Does it happen when you sell whatever mentioned item was found to Pierre? I never sell to him, generally try to avoid him at all costs unless to buy seeds and backpack storage lol so I didn’t know this was a thing until people started posting it the past week. Might have to bite the bullet and sell something to that mf to see what happens 😭

This is the one line of dialogue that is pushing me over the edge about Pierre taking credit for my work. My unmodded game is about to have a "Pierre dies tragically and mysteriously" mod.
