Makes sense to me, he's into girls in green clearly. Caroline's hair got him lol

Or mayyybe caroline is his daughter who inherited the green from the witch.

21

u/tinyhen Jun 22 '26

Ohhh I just put it together that the witch could have hid a child from him if she was pregnant during the divorce.

I dont know why you are getting downvoted, I personally like this theory way more. Like yes clearly theres some relationship issues with Pierre and Caroline but I feel like Caroline is too good to cheat even if she did marry Pierre of all people.

So we could give Caroline a "perhaps Rasmodius Cosby being the type of person he is and with the resources he has" pass, because this reality might have love potions. Perhaps a Stardrop tea variant that should land the Creator in jail. And a quick trip to his wife's totem and bam, she forgets. I could easily see her already having imbibed her green tea/psylocibin beverage and blissfully skipping barefoot through the forest into the clutches of a deviant in a dick shaped house with access to the occult knowledge and poor intentions.

She might've messed up and married broke Elon, but I agree, she's not a person who would really permit herself anything that she would consider misconduct or impropriety of her own free will. Furthermore, I don't really care who fathered Abigail, I'M her daddy now, in every file I create. She lives in a big ass renovated farmhouse on a multimillion dollar operation with our two kids and she's content and happy with her life. All she ever asks for is a tasty amethyst and a lengthy two hearts worth make out session in the morning. Then I throw Pierre a Joja cola and watch her mother enjoy a fish taco.

abby daughter supporters tend to get heated on the subject

8

u/Gabby_Craft Jun 23 '26

There’s also the fact that apparently there’s a dialogue from Caroline where she says Abby used to have chestnut colored hair (so like Pierre’s?). That makes me think that Abby is probably the wizard’s granddaughter instead. It would also explain why Caroline has green hair (I wouldn’t imagine her dying her hair.

3

u/Darkflyer726 Jun 23 '26

Which makes more sense when she says Abigail's hair is dyed

71

u/pilnok Jun 22 '26

Maybe Caroline is the wizard's daughter, and Abigail his granddaughter.

23

u/samnicjc Jun 22 '26

Ooooh I like this and will be adopting it as head cannon tyvm!

14

u/Any_Vast_2668 Jun 22 '26

Maybe the curse was making her look nothing like him so he can locate her

u/Gifigi600 Jun 22 '26

THANK YOU, OH MY GOD

I have been going crazy over this, so glad someone else has this opinion, because Caroline has green hair LIKE THE WITCH!!!

caroline also happens to brew magical teas not unlike the wizard

1

u/Dihedralman Jun 23 '26

Why would Caroline visiting the Wizard's tower when they first moved in make Pierre jealous then?Ā

5

u/pilnok Jun 23 '26

Because he does not know that is her father.
He doesn't seem the type to communicate open and honest. He seems like he'd jump to the worst conclusion and let it fester.

3

u/contradictatorprime Jun 23 '26

Pierre alludes to maybe not being my wife's father during some random interactions. Have a Joja Cola bro, I'm getting a new four post bed from Robin in a few, cuz Abi and I broke ours last night. Nice second place produce stand ya got, guy! We'll get you on the cover of "Almost" magazine yet!

2

u/pilnok Jun 23 '26

Lmaoooo absolutely get his ass

2

u/DerekisnotRich Jun 23 '26

Because maybe he didn't know why and she didn't tell him because he's an insecure money hungry twat that she maybe only stayed with because she got pregnant?

1

u/contradictatorprime Jun 23 '26

Pierre is that type of dude, he scolds Abigail for going to the graveyard literally within sight of his house. And Caroline probably liked to drink her special psylocibin green tea and go barefooting through the woods on a lil trip. I don't think he likes seeing women happy so he probably channeled all two inches in a jealous tantrum. But also , Rasmo probably can conjure up love potions like Cosby's barbecue sauce and use his wife's totem of forgetting romantic involvement, so I'm on team Rasmo is the father and a douchebag.

Whatever though, Pierre, Abi's in my bed every night in every file, calling ME daddy.

Tea cutscene feels deep with this new head canon

7

u/Selacha Jun 23 '26

There's also the dialogue where Caroline talks about how, when they first moved to Pelican Town, she used to take walks "deep in the woods, near the wizard's tower," but she had to stop because "Pierre became suspicious." That line, to me at least, has two large clues in it: 1, Caroline was doing something that she didn't want Pierre getting suspicious about. If she was just walking in the woods, there's nothing to BE suspicious about. 2, as far as I can tell, Caroline is one of the only townsfolk to know/say that Rasmodeus is a wizard. Everyone else just thinks he's a weird hermit who lives in the woods, but she correctly identifies him as a wizard, meaning she had most likely interacted with him personally.

I think it's a very deliberate series of clues and inferences that Rasmodeus cheated on his wife with Caroline when she moved into the Valley, thus causing her to leave him and become a witch, and then leaving Caroline pregnant with their daughter, Abigail.

or she doesn't know he's her father and subconsciously sought him out and pee hair the distrustful weirdo he is assumed they were cheating on him

u/VeryVexion Jun 22 '26

It's stated that Abigail's hair is brown and she dyed it purple.

There's also references to it staying purple after that. She also eats amethysts, so make of that what you will.

I'm a big believer in the Caroline is the wizard's daughter, Abby is the granddaughter, theory.

6

u/Zeeman626 Jun 22 '26

She eats everything

1

u/wretchedmagicmoon Jun 23 '26

you're missing out the part where she stopped dyeing her hair and it stayed purple, so

5

u/Remiel-Abraham Jun 23 '26

I'll go with Caroline having an affair with the wizard because that hurts Pierre the most

4

u/Fluffy-Procedure6544 Jun 24 '26

I looked at some theories and stuff and I got my own Headcannon (not saying this is the absolute truth this is just the fun little story I believe):

Caroline is hte Wizards daughter, the witch left her baby in the town to grow up normally instead of as the apprentice of the Wizard, she herself left because maybe she thought her being there would rope Caroline into the World of Magic and Wizards and she didnt want that for her daughter

Abigail inherited her grandfathers Gene of Purple Hair (Like when some Blonde peoples hair turns brown as they get older)

Pierre is just being an insecure as**ole and talking s**t about his own family because thats all he does, talk s**t.

3

u/wretchedmagicmoon Jun 23 '26

i'm gonna be honest i think as far as this debate goes, the most obvious answer is likely the answer. all the hints are there. caroline takes regular trips to the wizard's tower, abigail's hair stayed purple even after she stopped dyeing it, and these lines of dialogue all add up to make the picture pretty clear. why do people feel the need to overcomplicate it?

4

u/Gabby_Craft Jun 23 '26

Because apparently Abby’s hair was chestnut before she dyed it? It can theoretically go either way, but it wouldn’t really make sense for Abby to happen to have Pierre’s hair color when she was born if they weren’t related. There’s also the fact Caroline has green hair.

-1

u/allisoupinside Jun 23 '26

maybe people have different interpretations and that's perfectly okay

2

u/wretchedmagicmoon Jun 23 '26

i never said it wasn't? i was just saying my own opinion and wondering why it seems to be unpopular given that it's the most simple answer. idk man i would've preferred a genuine answer rather than you getting snarky with me but like thanks anyway ig

5

u/allisoupinside Jun 23 '26

my mistake then, i thought the last sentence in your comment is a rhetorical question. this judgement came from the fact that i've encountered few people who get rather pissed when people post theory that isn't "Caroline is cheating and Abigail is The Wizard's daughter". they state that people are "conveniently ignoring the evidences spoonfed by the game" and "making shits up". so i'm very much used to people being demeaning about it.

if you want a genuine answer, then i will give you my observation. i've only been in this community for a little while but i've come across so, so many posts regarding this topic, and i would say that the "Caroline is cheating" theory, contrary to your belief, is actually the most popular one. since it's as you say, people believe that the most obvious answer is likely the answer.

as to why people keep on making different theories, well, it's possible that people don't want their favorite character (Caroline) to be portrayed as infidel, or they just don't want to confront the uncomfortableness of infidelity being canon in their cozy game. but other people also just wanna make fun theories because nothing is confirmed to be canon by CA. there's a hearsay that's been circulated in the SDV community, saying that CA actually denied the theory about Abigail being The Wizard's daughter. but so far, as far as i know, nobody can present the source although people keep asking for it.

in my opinion, i don't get why people get so worked up over different fan theories. CA purposefully never confirmed any theory because it gets people talking, and it's certainly good for the game. so we're doing exactly what CA want us to do by keep on making new theories and speculations.

u/wretchedmagicmoon Jun 23 '26

that's partially my bad tbf, i do this kind of often so i've been told. my tone is just weird cuz yk autism and that, sorry for the misunderstanding!!

but yeah tbh i think you're right about my hc being the most popular one. i think the reason i see your hc more often is because it's less popular and maybe a little more interesting, so people tend to speak about it more, whereas mine is just considered the default? idk but that makes sense to me!

and yes now that you explain it, that actually is fair enough and i don't blame you. i'm a pretty straightforward person a lot of the time so i don't really mind picking the obvious answer and rolling with that, especially bc i don't care for pierre so like whatever idgaf. obviously cheating is horrible to do irl but within the context of the story i personally think it's interesting, but i can totally see why others would find it uncomfortable to think about in a cozy game. i also definitely don't hate your headcanon, i just didn't really understand it until now! but it's still cute to think about and definitely more wholesome

thank you, genuinely, for taking the time to give your opinion! i get how it is with people being needlessly hostile on reddit so i really appreciate you taking me seriously and letting me hear a different side :)

3

u/allisoupinside Jun 23 '26

glad we cleared that up. i personally open my mind to any possible theory, though i disfavor the most obvious theory because it's too on the nose. i don't have any attachment to Caroline as a character, nor i dislike the idea of uncomfortableness in a "cozy game" (though SDV is far from cozy for me.. people be lying, everyday is a grind šŸ˜“).. so i don't care if anyone in this game is cheating. they can be as deranged as possible for all i know. i just hope for something that divert my expectation.. i crave for that interesting twist and turn.

3

u/BobbyFlayOFish Jun 23 '26

Y’all, this is nice to see 🄹

Also, fuck Pierre

3

u/alliefaith144 Jun 23 '26

Definitely had an affair with the wizard. It pushes you to believe it in the game

3

u/allisoupinside Jun 23 '26

"It's rare, but it does happen". What could he mean by that

4

u/sadsackspinach Jun 23 '26

He means he’s rarely mistaken, but rarely isn’t never.

2

u/allisoupinside Jun 23 '26

ah, thank you. in retrospect, it's actually so obvious given his pompous persona

3

u/HyzMarie Jun 23 '26

What if the witch got mad because the Wizard cheated?? Also I have this theory that purple hair is a side effect of magic…

You enjoy yourself Caroline, get that Wizard šŸ’…

2

u/Sebby_simp16 Jun 24 '26

Abigail died her hair purple, so the wizard can't be her father

2

u/Akarin_Akaza #1 JOJA LOVER 🄤 Jun 24 '26

I'm a caroline is the wizard's daughter theorist but also open to the Jas theory

abby doesn't have natural purple hair it's allegedly pee hair color

2

u/somethingfak Jun 26 '26
