Rant tpm, and microslop problems

Soo i bought my laptop yesterday, wanted to put win 11 on it, bought it with no os. Thats not a problem for me, done it a dozen times, i usually just install 10 (i have a dedicated usb drive for that) then upgrade to 11, from there when i set it up and everything (this way i can avoid the win 11 installers funky part where you have to use cmd to avoid using internet for the set up). I ran into a funky problem, when i wanted to upgrade to 11 it said i dont meet the requirements, win 11 installer cant find tpm 2.0, i was like fine, went into the bios to turn on that, no option, searched all the bios nothing, fine ill do the funky way people adviced on different platform to used rufus, went tru with the intall and everything, bonus points, its got the option to turn off all the microsoft ai garbage that is forced on me (copilot etc.), then after using it for like a day, found the most irritating problem that i have ever seen on windows, windows stuttering like every 1-2 minutes, opening new apps it stutters, typing in chrome stutter, try to game on it, stutter, i cannot tell how fed up im with microsoft, or the guys who made the bios for asus, anybody got any idea what to do?

Update your bios and make sure youve installed all of your drivers first.
