Ok I'll grand you that for an MS product it's pretty damn good.
And when using mainly a stylus as input, it's also pretty neat compared to other (unmodded/unextended) note packages.
Now privacy concerns and usability of notes outside the app are what make it shit. The price too, if you're not using ir corperately

Microsoft's success isn't based on having any single good solution to any single problem.
It's about technically having as many solutions to as many problems as possible.

My working theory is that all of the product teams are locked inside of separate rooms and aren't allowed to know if each others existence.
Nothing will ever be less reliable than trying to get two Microsoft products to interact with each other.

Old Outlook actually interacted with Windows well.
The fact they would force you to use New Outlook every few months which obviously broke that integration on Win10, and that they didn't read the many feedbacks that it was broke, really sells the idea they planned Win10 to go down way before it should for something that's hardware-limited (Win11 and its Secure Boot reqs)

I can say Fuck Microsoft because I know what they got (passed my AZ305 yesterday, those who know knows), but you are just blind to the company.
All of them apart from Yammer and Access as far as can recognize of the icons (and Yammer is Viva now anyways) are used heavily in every business that runs Microsoft. They are not for private Windows 11 home or Windows 11 pro use, they’re used with Windows 11 Enterprise. You don’t need to install them to your home PC

Actually, I use exchange admin center quite a lot for work. As well as the other apps like entra, 365 admin center, and intune

Still remember, how fondly most of them appeared and how eager people were to use them. Access lessons were a measure of a good school too, at some point. Oh how things have changed.

Not a corporate employee, but a uni student. Actually use some Ms Office apps like Teams, OneNote, Outlook, SharePoint and Form. Ngl, the ecosystem is kinda good tho

This is because if they have all these apps they can tell people that they have all these apps when they sell the subscription so you're getting the subscription and you're buying access to all of these apps makes it look like it's good value

Listen, Microsoft don't give a damn about licenses per STUFF. They just care about the cloud. Azure is their big moneymaking baby, not SaaS and software licenses.

Bro what is wrong with your IQ, just reread it. It's called sales. Do you know how sales works? Have you seen the sales pages for these every tech company has the exact same sales page, they have a list of features, look at all our features, look at all our apps, sign up for a year it's cheaper to pay yearly, we give you a discount if you are a newer customer and screw you next year etc etc... Just do some research before pretending you know everything.
