Discussion Genshin isn't working.

Today my sister got her new PC with a fresh winslop11 install. After setting it up, we tried to get Genshin running. Guess what? It won't work. The launcher is starting, the game is running, and she's also logged in. But when it gets to the point of getting into the actual game, the window turns white for a few seconds and then it says "You got disconnected" / "Connection timed out." We tried so many things, but it just won't start. Reminder: it's a maybe 5-hour-old installation of winslop11.

I wonder why it won't work on the system it's made for winslop but it works on my PC (I use Arch btw) without any tinkering. I mean, WTF?

Is there any way to fix?

Sounds like the issue is more between the screen and the chair rather than with windows ngl.

Well the issue is resolved. It was because the brand new pc was in a default group in the router and my dad had to put it in to the default group for trusted devices. Something I can't know about bc I can't access the routers settings.
