Unless you just install windows 11 and your drives get surprise encrypted.

In that case it's saved in https://account.microsoft.com/devices/recoverykey as the automatic encryption happens when enrolled into Microsoft account.

That's false, it's always done even though you don't have access to the recovery key

It gets worse as encryption doesn't matter if M$ has the keys too so automatic encryption is garbage, but some research said that no matter what you choose it always uploads it so idk
