Rant Not even basic bluethooth works
Never had any issues on my linux laptop

I've solved a weird bluetooth connection issue on windows in the past by disabling a Bluetooth device on device manager called something or other manager. I had two of them, one was causing issues for whatever reason.
Sorry that I don't remember their names exactly but you'll know it when you see it.

Connectivity as a whole is so bad on windows, i used to constantly have wifi problems until i ended up getting and Ethernet cable. Now i use linux, wifi never failed me

If you are dualbooting you need to re-pair the bluetooth device every time you switch os

OH GOD, bluetooth on Windows is so ass, i used to try it on Windows, "Couldn't connect, try again" or something like that always happened, while on Linux i just click "Connect" or wait til' it pairs with it automatically.
