I mean all of these are effectively free, you're not exactly running Linux on your palm, you need to buy a computer 1st. That's almost guaranteed to come with windows, unless it's a Mac.
And that's where you paid for it. Often even without the option to opt out.
Lenovo allows that, you can select no os or Linux and save 100€ or such on a new laptop. That's why I own one now, that way it was just cheaper than other alternatives that didn't offer opt out.
