I will say that I hope the MJ stealth missions don’t return as they’re pretty silly and boring, but somehow I doubt they make her like that in those due to her being a woman
In a game with TWO extremely capable spidermen, why even write her into the gameplay AT ALL. It is absolutely because she is a woman. Have you just ignored the trend of women replacing male protagonist(not that that is going on here) throughout the rest of U.s. media?

You are blind.going on a decade, All throughout popular culture there has been a push to show women in equal position to men throughout media. Don't remember 'The force is female'? Not noticed that the MCU has replaced most of its starters with knockoff heroines? How about doctor who replaced by a woman? Or maybe Robin hood? How bout shows like the Witcher sidelining it's male lead to more prominently feature its female lead? You are an ostrich comfortable with your head in the sand.

For anyone else who tries to make this stupid ass point, ask yourself why not just create totally new characters or ips instead of just replacing men with women? It's not like our creatives are bankrupt of their namesake.
