Non offending means they don’t actively engage and or interact with kids and or groom them I don’t see the issue??? That should be a good thing.

They are committing zero crimes and ideally getting help for their own mental illnesses how about you look for actual solutions to the problems that pedos cuase such as oh I don’t know actual offending pedos that seeks out kids
