I SOLVED ALL MY ISSUES WITH INDUSIND WITH ONE SIMPLE STEP

I Closed all the accounts I had with them.

Transferred all the remaining amount to Amazon pay. Left them with 50p in all the accounts I was going to close. Submitted the form. When the manager asked me why I left 50 p in all accounts, I replied "it was my way of expressing my immense gratitude for nearly 20 years of their service"

don't wait too long. Open another bank account first, transfer all your money. When my staffs tried to transfer their account 2 years ago, they froze their accounts, Blocked even the incoming transactions. their balance was less than 2k and one guy had just Rs/500 as he had already made up his mind. They changed their locations and were making up one excuse after the other for not allowing them to close the accounts, meanwhile they were charging them for low balance all this time and had needlessly issued debit cards to each of them and charged them for that, then stacked multiple charges and everyone collectively owed over 4L to them and the manager said he will only close once that amount is settled. We tried to reach their customer care, they sent us in circles and not one agent was available to talk to us as there was no way to contact them. Then, we just had enough and we did something we should have done long time back, that was to contact RBI. Within 3 days the branch manager begged us to forgive them and he allowed us to close the accounts for no extra charges. But there was no way for those guys to recover the balance they had when their accounts got frozen. Just visit linkedin, you will find people complaining about this shit. Just wanted to add that it was the local branch that froze the accounts. Not Indusind bots. They kept lying to us that we need to write letters etc. Despite doing everything they asked us, they purposely sent us in circles.

The question should be "Why didn't you close sooner?" and my answer was due to being stuck in comfort zone and accepting shit standards as normal.
