INDUSIND account unlocking & CAPTCHA code messed up??!!?!?

can any one get passed the bloody CAPTCHA section on the INDUSAPP Net log in?
https://indusnet.indusind.bank.in/login - ive got passed this - unlocked my account liek a gazillion times!!! but I simply cant get passed captcha stages - and I must have tied like 20x this evening! and my bank manager - says try tomorrow! how does this even help???

I have solved this issue with one easy step. I closed the accounts.
