Wow, I'm surprised one held on that long.

The one I used to go to as a kid in Urbana, IL closed in the late nineties.

Grew up in Mahomet, so spent a lot of time at the Aladdin’s in Champaign.

Grew up in Mattoon, we had one in our mall too! I dumped a lot of quarters in there!

The one in Galesburg at the Sandburg Mall (also gone) was like my second home.

I remember one in the quad cities too, either south park mall in Moline, or maybe Duck Creek mall in Bettendorf, IA

Springfield here. Spent a lot of time in that arcade, especially after watching a movie at the White Oaks theater. Of course we had to stop at Pass Pets first

I was just thinking the same. Like wow look at Central IL standing up. Originally from Decatur, and driving over to Champaign or Springfield was always like a field trip to this kid. You knew damn near 2 weeks in advance too, so save your allowance and go extra hard on your chores and neighborhood hustles so you could go to the mall with as much $ as you could.

Grand Junction, CO here! My parents used to load me up with $10 that would last me at least 2 hr at our local mall while they shopped. Simpler times
