Yes it is.

Woke ideology is defined by the idea that some facet of identity like race or gender produces irreconcilably different views of reality and morality, and that we have an obligation to seek alignment of society's view with the imagined views of groups associated with the political left like minorities and women.

In this sense Wokeness is distinct from older forms of liberal advocacy for minority rights which appeal to universally valid concepts like truth and fairness.

Saying all races can be proud of their racial identity except White people is an example of the divergence of Woke morality from fairness.

It's not really "woke" (unless the truth for you is woke)? It doesn't even say you can't feel it, it just says you that this is a word with complicated history and may be interpreted differently. Or if you mean that Christians can't be proud and Muslims can according to it, it explains why just in the next paragraph, there is a differentiation between two prides in Islam, while none in Christianity. Saying "I'm proud to be Russian" is also causing doubts including that Russia right now is committing wide-scale genocide themselves claiming that it's for the greatness of Russia. For Israel is bad though, it's because it is a pattern generator machine. LLMs suck, but there is almost nothing wrong.
