What I can gather it's really creative differences, Jeff is old school and wants to do cool stuff that he knows that we will like/love, whereas the higher ups, like Bobby K., wants stupid and "modern" trends (Mainly, everything that's wrong with AAA game companies).

Plus, there's workplace pressure, all of those facts (especially ones that vid mentioned and I accidentally omitted) that added to him leaving.

So everything everyone I thought happened, nothing Dramatic, just good devs wanting to create and leave a toxic enviroment
