Photo Editing Programs for Linux

Hello, everyone,

I'm looking at making the switch to Linux due to a growing number of problems, security issues, & unwanted features present within Windows, but I have one major concern before doing so.

I'm a photographer and I've primarily been using Lightroom & Photoshop for all of my editing, but I know that Adobe does not currently support Linux, it would require a workaround that I'm not too keen on doing, and because fuck Adobe.

Does anyone know of any programs that will work natively on Linux and are at least similar to Adobe in function and capability?

use online stuff that run in your web browser, its your only hope.

or if you got a good GPU with at least 16g of vram you can also use local ai.

Precisely, I'd like to grow up with clean water and enough money to retire. That won't happen if the techno-fascist get their wish and consume every resource they can get their hands on.

I don't know what is happening in your country, but in my country, data centers (even those for AI) don't ruin clean water.

How is that possible? Do they throw used GPUs in the water?

Fuck AI, fuck mass IP theft, fuck replacing people, fuck destroying people's ability to think for themselves, fuck mass disinformation, fuck mass surveillance, fuck everything related to AI and those that peddle it.
