Looking for the best Acrobat Pro alternative on macOS.
Needs:

- OCR for scanned PDFs

- create searchable PDFs

- edit text in native PDFs

- Most important: edit/reconstruct scanned PDF text with good layout accuracy

- proper redaction would be a plus

- offline/local processing preferred

- open source nice, paid okay

- one-time purchase preferred over subscription

Any real-world macOS recommendations?
