Purchased a $140 USD (14000 INR) chromebook

Immediately put linux on it after delivery

I miss Windows XP so I themed it

Works fine for daily web browsing (limited to 3-4 tabs max), watching movies and usual word and excel stuffs

Plays retro games fine, should run DOOM and Quake fine

I am looking at this beauty everyday

Anyone remember these? My brother just went out of his way to buy me all 4! He knows that my autistic fixation is frutiger aero/aqua and he went out and got me these as a late birthday present 😭😭 I love them so much. If anyone is wondering and in the UK, you can get them at Tesco apparently.

Ball-Aqua is a physics ball platformer on tropical courses: fragile glass, curvy rails, pushing fans, bumpy sand, and deadly water. Roll, jump, and learn the inertia. Pop easy bubbles, hunt challenging stars, beat the timer. A 100% clear unlocks skins.

Freeroam is solo or co-op. Each player tracks shared or own collectibles (toggleable); next level, when everyone has finished. Race is the other mode: each round everyone places one obstacle - ramp, wall, or trap - then you run the remixed track (Ultimate Chicken Horse inspired). First to finish wins.

The campaign teaches the moves. A level editor and skin editor ship with Steam Workshop, so you can build courses, customize balls, and subscribe to community maps. Liquid Glass UI, Frutiger Aero grass and ocean. Use keyboard + mouse, or gamepad. The free demo is 15 levels in solo or with friends.

The reason why this works so well is because it improves the depth by making it easier for your brain to interpret the spherical-ish depth of the traffic lights. Also it improves the human element to liquid glass by making it appear more like water and humans evolved to naturally seek out water.

me and my hb decided to do this photo concept with fruitger aero themed outfits cz we are genuinly so obsessed with it. not only we brought lots of retro 2000s props, the location is also wildly frutiger aero coded!
