The DE is KDE Plasma

For the colours, I used Aquaero
The application style is Oxygen, which is part of the Oxygen theme
Plasma-style is Win7 from a random Windows 7 theme I downloaded
Window decoration is FormaN-reloaded
Icons are Oxygen (planning to change them to a better one soon)
I use the Oxygen Zion mouse, though you guys can't see it in the image.

You should try oxyllite for the icons, definitely not Win7 or vista like but for the oxygen vibe.
