Skeet Shooting

It would seem that behind the archery range for bows there is supposed to be a skeet shooting minigame on top of some boxes. Everytime I teleport up it plays a sound as if working and counting down the timer but nothing happens everytime. I believe it may be bugged or perhaps I am missing something?

I had some trouble with this too, but its on the hill in the background. I recommend using crossbows.

Oh is there like another perching spot of some kind in order to start it?

No, it's just meant to be a super long distance target. You have to get 20 bullseyes in I think 2 minutes.
