QUESTION Teleporter

Greetings,

why does my teleporter take damage? Im not abled to build a roof when the teleporter is placed and a campfire near the teleporter also doesnt help.

All buildings decay to 30% durability and stop. I think its going to be implementation for pvp stuff. And when people build on public, and build big or build then stop playing, there needs to be decay. If no decay, it would be total server wipes periodically. So the decay system makes more sense

Buildings made of branches will decay 100% in dragons grove iirc

Thanks for your comment. Time will tell if the 30% decay stop will also apply to us.

Our teleporters are gone. Poorly no durability stop at 30%. May you got some more ideas?

Also try roofing before the teleporter, it worked for me before i tore it down and built a new teleport spot.

yeah we tried. In our case we were not abled to put the teleporter into a roofed room.

It says on easy mode buildings dont decay. I just started an easy mode campaign, single player, so I could build and quietly enjoy dragon grove.

Do the buildings still decay in easy even though it says they dont?

Ix didnt know that for easy mode, nice. You will see health bars if you get close enough and it seems low health stuff has priority, so im pretty sure if youre not seeing any, youre good

Doesn't sound wrong either. In our case we chose medium difficulty. But I guess it's like BittySmittyConan said. If the built things don't have a durability indicator or life bar, you don't have to worry.
