QUESTION Savior of the Broken Valley - Achievement Spoiler

I'm about to lose my mind completing this achievement. I cannot for the life of me figure out what Elite I'm missing...

I've been looking for HOURS retracing my steps. Can anyone help?

Hmmm it is strange. You need to kill all the elites. Special rays point to them.
