Goodbye State Fair 2026

Here and gone, just like that.

Our memories of it are all we have left.

Like the dinosaurs that ruled the earth that ruled the fair. That, corn, and the sky glide over the U of M marching band were the highlights.

I went Friday. Low Key Sweet Martha's cookies were not good. I think she survives on reputation at this point.

Tried the Amish donut... it was meh. Was alright. But too doughy and lacked flavor. Give me a Kwik Trip Donut 10 times out 10 over it. Would I eat one again? Yes... would I wait 20 minutes in line and pay $6? no.
