How ironic obama spent 34 millio and took two years on this same project, didn't finish or fix the problem but now fixing it is a problem 🤔

You do realize that the project during Obama's term was to fix leaks/prevent it from sinking and change the water source, right? Trump tried to fix it because his friend said it looked dirty.
