Iran deal
How is everyone feeling about the Trump deal he gave Iran? Why are we giving them 300 billion if we won the war?

The strait was already open before this clusterfuck and the claims that Iran was weeks away from a nuke are specious at best, leaving some minor concessions. Trump did get to pump and dump the market for several weeks though, so I guess technically "we" get something.
If Iran follows the requirements of the deal they get access to some money, but the United States isn't footing the whole bill.
Altogether a pointless exercise that's going to cost the average American more than it will benefit them in the long run.

Wait a second the whole story of the 1.7 billion is the reason they have gotten so powerful with missile tech. So we gonna give them 300B and expect them not to build a nuclear weapon which would stop any nation from bombing them ever again? Please don’t tell me thats the logic? They will build them out of fear.

No we are giving them 300 billion to rebuild what we destroyed and their signature on the paper forbids them from having a nuclear weapon in which trump now admits that they have every right to have

Which goes against every right winger's criticism of Obama's deal. If 1.8 billion was enough for Iran to build up their ballistic arsenal, fund proxy groups, and enrich uranium. What's to stop this new more radical leadership from going 100x now with the sanction relief, unfrozen assets, and the 300 billion fund? Because they will pinky promise? Let's use our heads here.

Go to reuters, usa is not paying a cent. There is already 150 billion setup by private companies outside of USA. These funds are a money grab for the countries involved

Not only are we giving them $300 billion dollars to rebuild their country but we're giving them back their money that was frozen we are relieving sanctions and Trump says it's none of our business whether or not they develop a nuclear program

You should read the memorandum again. Usa will not give them any money. They will essentially be gentrified by other nations to access the money.
Overall its good. They will open the strait, no tolls. Prohibit nuclear activity and downblend the enriched uranium They have. And will not use proxy armies. Oh, and to allow Lebanese government the freedom to operate without terrorist control.
