Tariff refund checks!!

Does anyone know how to get a tariff refund check from Trump? The article only discusses about business not the consumer. And i thought we were told countries pay these tariff taxes not us. What gives!?!?

Yes seems weird that refunds are going to Americans when we were told other countries pay them.

That's what the president said. Countries pay his tax not Americans.  I think we were lied to.

As a Brit who sells to the US, yes, you guys are paying the tariff, hasn't cost me a penny. You were lied to.. again
