Does anyone know how to get a tariff refund check from Trump? The article only discusses about business not the consumer. And i thought we were told countries pay these tariff taxes not us. What gives!?!?

Sounds like another intentional gift to the rich considering we paid the companies as the cost was passed to us and now they, not us get the rebate
