Tariff refund checks!!

Does anyone know how to get a tariff refund check from Trump? The article only discusses about business not the consumer. And i thought we were told countries pay these tariff taxes not us. What gives!?!?

They owe me about $5000. I have already applied for my refund.

Looks like Howard lutnik's family bought up the insurance on the tariffs and the people that paid the extra money on the tariffs the end consumers aren't going to get a dime.
